The platform does not request private keys, recovery phrases, or seed phrases from users.
Internal custodial wallet private keys, where generated by the platform, are encrypted server-side and are not exposed in the browser.
Administrative access should be limited to authorized personnel and audited where applicable.
No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure, but reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used.

Service providers may process data in countries different from the user's location.
Retention periods may vary based on request status, audit needs, legal requirements, security needs, and dispute handling.
When data is no longer reasonably needed, it may be deleted, anonymized, or retained only where required for compliance or security.
